What exactly does beachview mean, 'cuase if it's within 50 metres of high tide the gov't will confiscate and/or destroy the home.

The lots are located 1/4 mile away from the beach. A 3 minute drive from the community. You can see the beach from the development. The 50 meters you are referring to is a Maritime Zone - it does not relate to this project.
